‘Your ex can’t be your bestie’ – Rinu tells those in relationships
Rinu Oduala, Nigerian Activist, has stated that someone’s ex cannot be their bestie, while in a relationship.
In a tweet X, formerly known as Twitter, Rinu advised those in relationships who claim their ex are their best friends to stop deceiving their selves.
She wrote, “Your former sex partners can’t be your current friends or even your best friends if you are in a relationship. Can we stop deceiving ourselves this year??”

Rinu, served on the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry and Restitution on Police brutality, and was one of the leading voices during the EndSars protest in Nigeria.
