Good morning all,my name is Babatunde Oluwatoyin.
Please am writing to solicit for your kind Support towards my Health conditions .I had a failed kidney (EKD)Stage 5 Disease in 2016 which I later did a Transplant in 2017 at St Nicholas Hospital Lagos with Card Number 11425 at a Total cost of 18,7m together with one year of Dialysis.Alpart from dealing with Post Kidney Transplant Life Medication which cost a lot of money and some Underlying health issues(Diabetes and High Blood pressure).
Due to the Failed kidney which affected both my Eyes that left me Blind in one Eye (Retinopathy an Neuropathy) causing leaking of Blood into the Eyes and causing severe pain and Headache to the Affected Eye and also trying to prevent the other Eye no getting bad to the stage where the other Eye is..this is the reason am writing to well meaning individuals to please come to my AID FINANCIALLY.
The total sum of 14.6m Naira is required for the surgery of both Eyes excluding traveling expenses and Medication.
Please with all Humility I ask for your Human kindness and Support as I pray that Blindness will not be our portion.
