Now with lockdown, my community that has been terrorized by Herdsmen for ages now and unable to go to their farms is hungry and starving. Meanwhile the North has so much produce they even bring the excess to sell in the South.

Oil was discovered in the South, it was piped all the way to the North. All that money could and should have been used to build refineries closer to the source. 101 economics says build factories near source of raw materials.

Currently, all Heads of strategic Commands except the Navy are from the North.

Only one region is empowered for dry season farming……..the North.

They tell us…..”One Nigeria”.

Only one group of people can sell currency on the streets of Nigeria, allowed by Nigeria. Illegal Black Market openly on the streets in broad daylight. They all come from the North.

If you come to NNPC Benin City, the dominant language you hear in the building is from the North.

If you visit EFCC in Benin City the dominant language you hear is from the North.

The only natural resources enjoyed by the whole country is crude oil from the South. All the natural resources available and mined in the North belong only to the North and enjoyed exclusively by the North

May God punish maximally those Southern Politicians, Civil Servants and business men who have participated in the rape of the South since 1960. May your sins manifest in the lives of your descendants. It could not have happened without your actions or omissions. We can no longer point fingers afar, home is where the trouble is.

Now that oil is no longer a viable commodity, will the North still want this ‘marriage’? If they do then the talk that must be talked is redistribution and better sharing. The truth is that every State in Nigeria is blessed with abundant mineral resources to enable them stand on their own. Let us stop the lying. It was just sweeter to drink the oil from the Niger Delta, pretend that it was the only resource Nigeria had. The scales have fallen off our eyes.

So this talk must be talked, and it will be talked, about the question. How do we co-exist, symbiotically?
