Contacting BEDC via phone and they gave the reasons that their systems are under upgrade

ITs Quite unprofessional that A Company of “Repute” like Bedc will have A Suspended Account Error on their Website !  Even though they are updating their systems

Other Information Gotten is that you can pay bills via quickteller or POS Agents

I advice their head of IT ot do something like place A Notiec of Under Update etc
