The Seller on behalf of our main supplier hereby confirms having for sale, and the
Buyer hereby confirms having ability to purchase:

QUALITY: NNPC SPECIFICATIONS
QUANTITY: 20,000 MT
LITRES: COMPUTATION SHALL BE 1164 LITRES PER
METRIC TONNE
DELIVERY: CALABAR AND PORTHARCOURT TANK FARMS
PRICE: #180:00 PER LITRE LESS – #2:00 FOR THE
COMMISSION.
EFFECTIVE: 15 TH SEPTEMBER, 2019
QUANTITY AND QUALITY INSPECTION: The quantity and quality of product shall be determined
by a recognized Surveyor/Inspectors (appointed by Buyer) who shall undertake the Inspection,
Measuring, Sampling and Testing in the manner customary.
TITLE: Ownership of Cargo shall pass to Buyer immediately transshipment is concluded into Buyer’s
Vessel/Tank Farm.
