LG Electronics has been named the Best Brand of IFA 2026 at the second annual IFA Innovation Awards, reinforcing the company’s position as a major player in global technology and consumer electronics innovation.
The award was accompanied by several other recognitions across home entertainment, display and audio categories, highlighting LG’s latest product innovations in design, technology and user experience.
Among the major winners was the LG OLED evo AI W6 True Wireless Wallpaper TV, which received the Best in Home & Entertainment award. The television combines an ultra-thin 9mm design with True Wireless connectivity and Hyper Radiant Color Technology.
LG said the product reflects its “Technology Without the Clutter” approach, allowing premium television technology to integrate more seamlessly into modern living spaces.
In the audio category, LG Sound Suite AI was named Best in Audio for its Dolby Atmos FlexConnect sound ecosystem. The technology is designed to give users greater flexibility in positioning and combining speakers while creating a more personalised immersive audio experience.
LG also received five Honoree distinctions across its premium display and audio portfolio.
The LG OLED evo G6 was recognised for its picture performance, featuring Hyper Radiant Color Technology designed to enhance brightness, contrast and colour accuracy while retaining the self-emissive characteristics of OLED displays.
The LG Micro RGB evo (MRGB96) was honoured for its RGB-based illumination technology, which LG said is designed to deliver high colour volume, luminance and large-screen performance.
The LG Mini RGB evo (MRGB88) also received an Honoree distinction for bringing RGB display technology to a more accessible form factor while combining picture quality, energy efficiency and everyday usability.
Meanwhile, the LG StanbyME 2 Max was recognised for its movable screen design, which is intended to provide greater flexibility for entertainment, work and relaxation beyond the traditional living-room setup.
In the audio category, the LG xboom Stage 501 was also named an Honoree for its high-powered performance aimed at parties, live entertainment and social gatherings.
LG said the multiple recognitions demonstrate its continued focus on developing products that combine technology, design and functionality while improving the consumer experience.
